At Football 101 Academy, we’re committed to providing high-quality coaching programs, digital resources, and training support. Due to the digital nature of most of our products and services, we maintain a transparent and fair refund policy as outlined below.
Digital Products (eBooks, Downloadables, Video Content)
All purchases of digital products are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed. This includes eBooks, digital playbooks, pre-recorded coaching sessions, and any other files delivered electronically. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem.
Online Coaching and Programs
Refunds for coaching sessions or programs (including online training packages) are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally non-refundable once services have begun. If you are unsatisfied with the service or encounter an issue, please reach out within 7 days of purchase and we will review your situation.
Subscription-Based Services (if applicable)
If your purchase includes access to ongoing or monthly training programs, you may cancel at any time. Access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
Booking Errors or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you’ve been charged in error, or if there was a technical issue during checkout, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a full refund if a duplicate or incorrect charge occurred.
